Island Heroes Errand Service – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Island Heroes Errand Service . By using our services, you  our Client agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our services.

1. Services Provided

Island Heroes Errand Service offers various personal and business errand services, which may include:

·      Grocery and personal shopping

·      Delivery and pickup services

·      Bill payment assistance

·      Courier services

·      Custom errands as agreed

·      Island Tours Excursions

·      National Dish Tester (Oil Down)

All services are subject to availability and feasibility at the discretion of Island Heroes Errand Service.

2. Service Area

Our services are limited to specific locations within [St. George]. Requests outside our service area may incur additional fees or be declined.

3. Booking & Cancellation

·      Bookings must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance depending on the type of request. The service welcome all same day booking.

·      Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours prior to the scheduled service time.

·      Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee of [100%]

·      We are not liable for loss or damage to items not directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

·      We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or valuables exceeding [$3000] in value unless agreed in writing.

7. Right to Refuse Service
