At Island Heroes, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality errand services. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The service was not completed as agreed.
  • The errand was canceled by Island Heroes.
  • There was a significant delay or issue caused by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., weather, traffic delays, third-party errors).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed service:

Include your name, service date, and a brief explanation of the issue.

4. Resolution Time

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund.
  • 12 hours notice: 50% refund or service credit.
  • Less than 12 hours notice: No refund.

6. Service Credit Option

Instead of a monetary refund, you may choose to receive service credit, which can be applied to future errands.
