Island Heroes Cancellation Policy

At Island Heroes, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, professional service. To ensure fairness for both our clients and team members, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Standard Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This fee helps cover the time, resources, and scheduling commitments reserved for your service.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to complete the service due to the client’s absence or lack of access, the service will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.

Exceptions

Island Heroes understands that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
